This is an additional payment in cases of underpayment, e.g. selecting a BFS membership discount without being a member of the BFS.
This payment is not a ticket or membership on its own and does not entitle you to anything. 
The website is adding  a £5 delivery charge and I am not sure why, so have discounted this item to compensate.
